Jason Comer

Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO of HRS, Jason leads the company's efforts in providing innovative digital health monitoring solutions and services to clinicians, caregivers, and consumers. With a focus on enhancing care delivery, his role involves driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across the organization.

Since joining HRS in 2017, Jason has successfully led the company through both its Series B & C funding rounds and has steered virtually all aspects of the company's growth phases. As the former CFO, he led the company’s finance functions like strategic planning, corporate development, capital raising, accounting, and investor relations, as well as corporate functions like human resources, and legal.

Prior to joining the HRS team, Jason worked at Macquarie, a global investment bank, where he worked on domestic and cross-border debt and equity deal structuring, corporate funding and capital initiatives, and regulatory and compliance obligations. Jason started his career as a tax attorney at Deloitte working in tax consulting and M&A groups across financial service, healthcare, technology, and media industries. 

Jason holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys cooking, skiing, camping, fishing, and spending time with his family and dog.

Lucienne Ide, MD, PhD

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Ide brings her diverse experiences in medicine, science, venture capital and technology to bear in her role as Chief Medical Officer of Health Recovery Solutions. With her expertise in clinical workflows and remote care delivery, Dr. Ide plays a crucial role in incorporating peer-to-peer voice of the customer into HRS product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.

Prior to joining HRS, Dr. Ide founded Rimidi, (now a part of HRS), with the purpose of improving the health of people living with chronic diseases and care delivery as a whole. She holds joint M.D. and Ph.D. (pharmacology) degrees from Emory University, and completed her medical training at the University Pittsburgh Medical Center. She has also held roles in data science and venture capital, as a physicist at the National Security Agency, Raytheon Systems Corporation and Monarch Capital Partners.

Dr. Ide serves on the Steering Committee for the Connected Health Initiative which advocates for health policy reform and is Co-Chair of the Health Equity and Access Leadership (HEAL) Coalition, is often a panelist at healthcare technology events, and was named one of the Most Influential Women in Health IT by HIMSS in 2020. She also serves as a Trustee of Middlebury College in Vermont.

Dr. Ide lives in Atlanta with her husband and their four children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, and benefitting from her husband’s latest culinary ambitions. 

Sudeep Pisipaty

Chief Commercial Officer

As Health Recovery Solutions’ Chief Commercial Officer, Sudeep is responsible for driving the organization’s strategic go-to market and operational initiatives to accelerate HRS’ Growth as the Global leader in Remote Patient Monitoring. Under Sudeep’s leadership are the Business Development and Inside Sales teams, HRS’ Enterprise and Strategic Sales teams, ownership over HRS’ payor and health plan accounts, and global expansion strategy.

Sudeep brings over a decade of experience in healthcare technology, touching all areas of the business including product, operations, and commercial strategies – focused on executing on the global mission to transform care delivery across the continuum of care. As an early employee of the HRS team, Sudeep has served as a key contributor to HRS’ success and growth, and recognition as a market leader and 4x Best in KLAS Solution for Remote Patient Monitoring. In addition to his primary responsibilities at the organization, Sudeep is also a founding member of HRS’ DEI Leadership Council, focused on inclusivity of thought and engagement.

In his spare time, Sudeep remains close to his passions – serving as a volunteer for local community organizations focused on bridging the socioeconomic gaps in the education system via a mentorship program for high-schoolers, is an investor, and operates as a strategic advisor to early-stage startups. Sudeep is an avid Hot Sauce enthusiast, a pizza aficionado, and loves the beauty of mixology and craft cocktails.

Catherine Bryt

Chief Financial Officer

Catherine Bryt serves as Chief Financial Officer at Health Recovery Solutions, where she leads Finance, Accounting, Logistics Operations, and Data Science. Since joining HRS more than four years ago, Catherine has held leadership roles across Strategy, Operations, and Finance, helping guide the company through significant transformation.

Catherine began her career as an early employee at startup MM.LaFleur, a VC-backed direct-to-consumer apparel company, where she built expertise in operations, finance, and strategy during a period of rapid expansion through Series A and B funding. She went on to serve as Chief of Staff to the CFO and CEO at Brighton Health Plan Solutions, a PE-backed health plan management company best known for its MagnaCare brand, where she focused on FP&A, strategy, network management, and new product development. Catherine later founded Sibi Health, a direct-pay marketplace designed to help uninsured and underinsured employees and individuals access affordable, transparently priced healthcare services.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Neuroscience from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Michael Gemmati

Head of Marketing & Portfolio Strategy

Michael Gemmati is a seasoned and strategic marketing and product leader with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He is currently the Head of Marketing & Portfolio Strategy at Health Recovery Solutions (HRS), where he is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the portfolio in North America. Prior to joining HRS, Michael held various Marketing and Product Strategy roles at Philips, a global leader in healthcare technology. He is also a United States Army veteran who worked as a healthcare professional during his service. With this combined experience, Michael has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique challenges and opportunities that it faces.

In his current role, Michael is focused on developing and executing a marketing strategy that will help HRS achieve its growth goals and execute on its mission to transform care delivery by leveraging his skills in market research, product positioning, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration. He also has experience in digital health, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and certifications on topics such as healthcare analytics, design thinking, agile project management and leadership development. Michael is a passionate advocate for using technology to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery, staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in the sector. He currently holds two healthcare technology patents.

Michael is not only a proficient product & marketing leader, but also a supportive and inspiring colleague and mentor. He has received numerous awards and recognitions from his peers, managers and customers for his outstanding performance, creativity, communication skills and leadership qualities. He enjoys mentoring, coaching and empowering others to achieve their professional and personal goals.

In his spare time, Michael likes to spend quality time with his family, write fiction as an aspiring novelist, watch movies, and travel to new places. He is always looking for new opportunities to grow professionally and personally, and to make a positive difference in the world through his work.

 

Halley Traub

Senior Director, People Operations

Halley Traub is a dynamic HR leader with over a decade of experience in the healthcare and human resources fields. As Senior Director of People Operations at Health Recovery Solutions, she is responsible for shaping the company’s talent strategy and creating a people-first culture where employees can thrive. As the first HR hire at HRS, Halley has played a crucial role in building the HR function from the ground up, helping HRS scale its operations and expand its reach in remote patient monitoring.

With a background in social work, Halley’s approach to HR is rooted in empathy and supporting people to achieve their potential. She’s passionate about creating a work environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and employee engagement.

Outside of work, Halley is an avid reader, stays active with Peloton, and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is committed to staying ahead of the latest HR trends to continually refine practices within her organization.

 

Michael Truett

Senior Vice President, Product & Client Experience

Michael is a seasoned executive known for creating, improving, and executing collaborative transformation across diverse industries (Media, Streaming Services, Ed Tech, Health & Wellness, SaaS, PaaS) at different stages of growth - early-stage start-ups, seasoned companies looking to transform, high growth and declining businesses. 

His experience ranges from Professor, Board Member, Keynote Speaker to leading Global Operations, Business Transformation (B2B, B2C, B2B2C), Business Development/Launch Strategy, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Customer Retention, Customer Service, Lifecycle Management and AI Transformation at companies like Spotify, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Tech start-ups and Telecom providers globally. 

Michael’s passion for Operational Excellence is based upon his adventurous lifestyle where he is always looking forward to new experiences.  He has a love for traveling, experiencing new cultures, golfing, surfing, running ultra marathons, participating in hybrid fitness events, and spending time with his family. 

 

Doug Lang

Senior Vice President of Client Growth 

Doug Lang serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Growth at Health Recovery Solutions, where he partners with leading healthcare organizations to develop and scale innovative remote patient monitoring strategies. Drawing from nearly two decades of experience across medical devices, revenue cycle management, and digital health, Doug is committed to helping clients deploy RPM solutions that improve clinical outcomes and deliver measurable value.
